Yes, Only if the artist agrees with your offer. The Artist might refuse the user's offer if the budget doesn't satisfy him, but in rare cases, our artist might demand less than the given offer! In any case, the user will have to rebook the artist. No negotiation is acknowledged via text messages or phone calls.

Yes. In case User / Event Organiser withdraws booking after the artist has accepted the booking request:-

- Before 48 hours of the event date – 90% of the amount will be refunded

- Before 24 hours of the event date – 75% of the amount will be refunded

- Within 24 hours of the event date – 50% of the amount will be refunded

If the artist cancels the booking after accepting your booking request, your full booking amount will be refunded to you. Furthermore, the artist will have to pay a penalty to us which may reduce the chances of booking cancellation to almost null. But If this does occur, You do not need to Panic! Contact us as soon as possible in this case, and we will support you with substituting the artist with a suitable option so that your event can go on! You are required to pay for the new booking though.
